Customer History – Alert 360 (zendesk.com)
The "Customer History" is collection of the Job History (Job), Incidents (Issue), Event History (Event), and Action History (Action) windows combined into one chronological listing. Follow the "Type" column find the specific type of activity for each date listed. "Highlighting any line will display the accompanying agent notations or alarm activities. Use the controls at the top of the window to refine your search.
