Event History – Alert 360 (zendesk.com)

The most important window within MAS Monitoring is the "History" window. From here you can view previous alarm and trouble signal activity as well as current, LIVE activity. The window is composed of multiple columns of information including Date, Time, Zone, Location/Comment, Event, etc. Using the shortcut Ctrl+R will allow you to adjust the positioning and width of the columns. Other adjustment buttons include "Previous, Reverse, and Refresh."

There are also controls within this window that allow you to craft the information you want to view. These include "Start and End Date, Zone, Service Type, etc."
