Placing a System on test MAS Monitoring – Alert 360 (zendesk.com)
To place a system on test in MAS Monitoring, simply select the function button labeled "Test" at the bottom of the window.
The top box in the "System Test" window is the "Test Catagory."
"Signal" will put the system on test for an hour and "Runner" for 24 hours.
The effective date will automatically populate with the current date and time and the expire date and time will be filled in automatically based on the category you choose. Hit enter and the entire system will be on test for the amount of time you chose. There is no need to choose each zone individually.
The procedure to put an individual zone (s) on test is identical except instead of hitting enter to put the entire system on test, you will need to choose the zones.
Highlight the zone you want to put on test and then click on the button labeled "Move."
