"I see that you have the extended warranty, which covers any installation errors, manufacturer defects, system malfunctions and normal wear & tear of the equipment. With the extended warranty there is a 49.00/69.00 trip charge, but all parts and labor are covered."
How to quote the full charges:
"I see that you do not have a warranty; without the warranty our service charges are 130/hr (65/half hour) + parts + 49.00/69.00 trip charge"

- Warranty cannot be added on obsolete panels
- Warranty cannot be added on Month-to-Month agreements

- Customers without warranty in the original terms cannot add warranty into renewals, without supervisor approval.
