There are 2 ways to determine if a customer has a warranty or not...
In MAS: Go to Monitoring > double-click on the system line > Additional Info

Service Plan:
NW - No Warranty - Full Labor Charges
EXTW - Extended Warranty with Trip Charge
EXTWT - Extended Warranty of Existing Security Panel
EXTWTV - Extended Warranty of Existing Video Equipment
EXTW1 - Old SecureNet Warranty - Same as EXTW
EXTW2 - Old SecureNet Warranty - Same as EXTW
EXTW3 - Old SecureNet Warranty - Same as EXTW
EXTW4 - Old SecureNet Warranty - Same as EXTW
EXTW5 - Old SecureNet Warranty - 12 Month Warranty (ALL HAVE EXPIRED)
EXTW6 - Old SecureNet Warranty - Same as EXTW
EMG1 - Old EMG Service - Equivalent of No Warranty
EMG2 - Old EMG Extended Warranty - No Trip Charge, batteries are covered
EMG3 - Old EMG Extended Warranty - Same as EXTW
EMG4 - Old EMG Extended Warranty - Fire Panels (do not quote charges)
EMG5 - Old EMG Extended Warranty - HOA Accounts Only
EMG6 - Old EMG Extended Warranty - Same as EXTW
In MAS: Go to Contracts > Check for a Service line that says: Extended Warranty or CCTV Maintenance
