Can not log into Salesforce
If you are having trouble signing into Salesforce on your PC or mobile device follow the directions below. Remember that Salesforce uses a custom domain and requires all users to sign in with their SSO (Single Sign On) credentials.
Start by navigating to the log in page for Salesforce. For PC's the URL is login.salesforce.com . On Ipad's and Iphones, simply open the app and you will land on the default log in page.
- Click “Use Custom Domain”
Enter alert360 (https://alert360.my.salesforce.com)for the MAC tenant or a-360 (https://a-360.my.salesforce.com) for the Alert360 tenant and click continue
Sign in using your Single Sign on account email and password. This would be your company email address and the same password you use for office.com apps like Outlook and Teams. If you have forgotten your password you will need to reset it by navigating to password.alert360.com on any browser and follow the directions.
