MAS Technician - Unable to set job resolution while changing assignment status to Cleared
In the MAS Technician app:
- Log out if currently logged in.
- Select the Settings gear icon on the bottom bar.
- Select the prod profile if not already selected.
- Select the Sync button in prod settings.
- Wait for the message that the sync was successful and select OK.
- Select Save in the upper right-hand corner.
- Select the Access key icon on the bottom bar.
- Log in and proceed as normal.
