How do I reset my password?
If you have forgotten your password and need to reset it you can use our Self Service Password Reset (SSPR) site. On any device/browser navigate to password.alert360.com and fill out the form.
Enter your company email address and answer the CAPTHA.
Next click on "I forgot my password" option
On the next screen you will be prompted to pick one of the Multi Factor Authentication Options you previously set up for you account. Typical options are as follows
A code will be sent via the option you picked above to authenticate you. Enter that code on the screen and you will be prompted to create a new password.
