How to open a Salesforce Ticket
To open a SalesForce ticket log into SalesForce and click the waffle on the top left corner of the screen.
Next click on “View All”
In the search bar type “ticket” and click on the result named Ticket
Next click the New button to create your ticket.
Fill out the Ticket Form with as much information as you can provide about the issue.
This is the SOP on creating tickets and will route your SalesForce issue to the correct developer the fastest. If you do not have an option for the Ticket object in SalesForce, reach out to your manager and ask them to open the ticket on your behalf.
